Hi guys and dollies,

I was wondering what are your fave make up brands and what is always in your make up bag that you can't live without?

i use estee lauder, doublewear foundation normally but just now am using rimmel mineral foundation and powder, peach bourjous blush and some random mascara...

I like benefit, use some of their stuff at times but have always fancied mac but never got round to using it.......sometimes there is just so much stuff out there that I get brain overload, i mean I like my makeup but I sometimes feel that there is so much out there...]

I want to try touche eclair by YSL...anybody tried that? [http://community.handbag.com/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/juggle.gif]

There are lots of makeup brands in the market. I am using Hourglass Cosmetics. Could anyone suggest me some Mineral Makeup tips?

Hi
I tried Body Shop Foundation powder a few weeks a-go but it didn't last me very long. So yesterday i went into town and had a look in Boots.
I ended up buying Natural Collection Foundation at 1.99, it's v. good because it has no perfume in it and has no horrid chemicals.

I saw on a post the other night on handbag, that there are now shampoos in the Simple range. So after looking all over boots, i bought Simple Conditioner, Simple shampoo and Simple Gel Facewash which is supposed to be v. kind to skin.

Next i went to Superdrug and bought hair straighteners at the v. good price of 6.99, they were superdrug's straightners and they are made of pink tefal and they go up to 180 degrees C.
I used them this morning after trying out my simple shampoo and conditioner. And to my surprise these straightners were much better than my other straightners i got 2 years a-go which cost a bit more than this.

I also tried my new foundation as it's good because it's a moisturising foundation and it blended in well, and i put a little bit of blusher on top.

I have just been home today sorting my clothes out and putting some in the wash and i've been doing some tydying up as i want to get the xmas decorations up v. soon.

I also have presents to wrap for the family and friends.

I'm sure everyone else is just as busy as this.

If anyone could reccommend any more make-up that is good, that would be v. much appreciated.

Well i'm always changing all my cosmetics because all it takes is for someone on here to rave about something and then i'm off out buying it haha. But I do swear by Bourjois blushers because they're affordable, last ages and blend in really well, I love them. Also, I use a concealer by No 7 called Instant Radience, which again someone on here recommended. I've had YSL Touche Eclat before but I find that the No 7 one works just as well for me and has actually lasted longer - and it's cheaper! So if there's one product which is ALWAYS in my make up bag it's that.

I've recently restocked my make-up essentials (they were on a 3 for 2 offer) which include

Revlon Colorstay Foundation (Oily/Combination)
Max Factor False Lash Effect Mascara (I love this product and have recieved a few compliments since I started using it)
MEMEME Pussycat Cheek & Lip Tint (cheaper version of Benetint)
Bourjois Brush Concealer
Bourjois Clubbing Eyeliner
Palmers Dark Chocolate & Peppermint Lip Butter

Those are the products that I regularly re-purchase, but I'm a bit of a make-up magpie when it comes to blushers, lipglosses and nail varnishes and I just buy whatever catches my eye.
