Could someone please reccommend a nice moisturiser that makes the face feel fresh and healthy for quite oily skin??

I have similar skin type and I use Oy! Cleanse and Moisturise http://greenpeople.co.uk/oy-cleanse-moisturise-50ml.aspx which is a lovely light moisturiser that leaves my skin feeling fresh rather than greasy

I have got a treatment for permanent makeup for my oily skin that is great permanent treatment for my skin. I suggest you also.

I have oily skin and swear by Olay Complete Care lotion.
try oil control lotion or oil free matte block spf20 from dermalogica
I really like Clinique Dramitically Different Gel. It's expensive but a big bottle lasts me 6 months. I reckon you could wangle a free sample from a counter. x
I have an oily skin and so I wipe the face with an astringent before putting the makeup. I always use oil free makeup.
