I have similar skin type and I use Oy! Cleanse and Moisturise http://greenpeople.co.uk/oy-cleanse-moisturise-50ml.aspx which is a lovely light moisturiser that leaves my skin feeling fresh rather than greasy

I really like Clinique Dramitically Different Gel. It's expensive but a big bottle lasts me 6 months. I reckon you could wangle a free sample from a counter. x

I have an oily skin and so I wipe the face with an astringent before putting the makeup. I always use oil free makeup.

I would recommend Dermalogica Active Moist for your skin type. This is a lightweight, oil-free mosturiser wich absorbs into the skin without living a trace, whilst proctecting the skin against moisture loss.
