Heheh just when I thought No 7's Intelligent Balance was as good as it got for foundation...I think I've found my HG!

Saw Max Factor's 'Second Skin' advertised and that you could get a free sample by registering on their website so I did that, got the sample....and it's soooooooooo good! It does exactly what a good foundation should - just evens out your skintone rather than masking it completely - my skin looks even but not obviously like I've got foundation on. Looked in a mirror tonight when I'd my foundation on for 10 hours - and my skin still looked smooth and even, it hadn't 'disappeared' like other foundation normally does after that long - even after a full day at work in a very warm office!

Very, very pleased with it - so I popped into Superdrug and bought a full size bottle! Can't recommend it highly enough [http://community.handbag.com/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/talk016.gif]

Yep I find one pump of the dispenser does my whole face. Absolutely love this foundation, definitely my HG!

Hi Trace

I have been using this foundation since October, I haven't even used a quarter of the bottle and that's using it every day. It's so fab, this has replaced Miracle Touch as my HG.

I got a free sample of the colour adapt and that seems really good too, and despite the thick consistency, doesn't sit heavy on my skin.

Do you know if the Max Factor website is still offering samples?

I just can't seem to get my head around anything being better then Dream Matte Mousse?

No idea, amybaby - always worth you having a look though, just in case - wouldn't be surprised if they ARE, as they're still promoting it on TV and in magazines...
