Hi peeps - I know this is a bit trivial, but on Sunday I bought a Christmas tree from the florists in town - it cost me �40 but I didn't get a receipt. I have know idea why I didn't ask for one either, mainly because it was a florist stall in the shopping centre rather than an actual shop premises. Anyway, I stood it up and took the net off and waited for it to drop - it still hasn't dropped properly, and I've just noticed that half the branches on one side have been cut so it looks like it's had a really bad haircut! Would I be within my rights to ask for a refund? And am I likely to get one as I have no receipt? Thanks!

You could go back to the shop and explain tell them you are not happy with it,ask them if you can exchange it for another one .
