what do i say to the CSA, i dont want any money from him?
what do you mean cookie? If you don't want any money then my guess is that you don't speka with the CSA.
I know you feel so angry/confused/sad/bitter right now, but please think carefully about the costs invloved in bringing up your son or daughter. I'm a single mum of one mself and I can promise you that it is not cheap! The father should be contributing to those costs, at the very least. Don't leave yourself and babba short through pride sweetie

I just thought it would give him amunition after what has gone on (read my other post). I really dont think i need him interfering and im worried what he would be capable of. im living with my mum and stepdad and im on income support and if i need anything my mum will help wether it be financial or emotional support.

I didn't think you could opt out of the CSA anymore......I know my Mother did back in the day, but I recall hearing that the government wanted all fathers to pay for their kids, rather than the system.....or am I completely imagining things.......Hmm....
Anyhow...I would be cautious of making any dramatic decisions right now, you're hurting and in shock (and pregnant!). There's no need to make any choices now. Just be kind to yourself. xxx

As you are on income support you cannot stop the CSA getting involved. They will chase him for the money owed to the state.
You can only stop the CSA if you are working, then it is up to you if you want to contact them but as you are on income support you dont have a choice.

Good advice, office monkey! Your ex would get into trouble with the law if he tried to cause trouble for you out of resentment of having to pay for his child. You won't legally owe him anything for him paying childcare costs. If you are worried about him causing trouble, then talk to the CSA - ironically - about your worries. They'll tell you that you won't have to give him back a single penny.
