Hi,
just after a bit of advice please. Is it legal to record peoples conversations without them knowing? Basically there is a bit of friction at work at the moment and a colleague of mine found a mobile phone placed in an elastic band box recording all our conversations. We do not know how long this has been going on for. The person who placed the phone would not have been part of the conversations as they would have left the department and just left the phone recording (obviously to see if they where being discussed behind their back).
Any advice much appreciated
