The SIA has lost my documents- now i can't even prove who i am!

I work in a pub & completed my training to get a door badge, the final stage was to send my details (passport AND driving license AND birth certificate) to the SIA (Securities Industry Association) to receive it. The SIA denied the door badge (apparently the forms weren't correctly filled in) and i have not received my documents back- and this was a year ago! I can't prove who i am, the company's legal department aren't doing anything and because i signed to say i understood that the documents would be returned not registered post (i had no choice), the SIA have washed their hands of it. What can i do??

...i got to the same situation u were in, i would like to know how did u end up resolving that matter...! plis help...!
