Thanks for posting this link, Julie! I'll definitely be trying to use these companies over other ones. Well, apart from BT who I dislike a lot, despite their surprising entry at no. 7!
How can Tesco come in at No.15?!
Yeah I too found it odd that Tesco did so well and I also HATE BT! Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with (well along with AOL).

I noticed Tesco in there once I'd posted about BT and couldn't quite believe that either... I wonder exactly what constitutes 'green' in this survey. I don't like Tesco either, so they won't be on my 'must try harder to buy from' list either.
