I've never had this done but I have been looking at re-training in semi-permanent make up as I love cosmetics and was looking for a career change.

I would have your eyebrows done at a beauty salon. Do make sure they're qualified to do such treatments, though. I write this, because I read in a magazine that some salons/nail bars were damaging women's nails, thinning them and making them bleed. You are right to be cautious. Do ask to see someone who's had their eyebrows done, just to be sure you won't be damaged by the dye or have mis-matched eyebrows. Good luck.
