Subject: Mindfulness and breathing – a good idea to help with diets?
I've just read that it might be helpful to practise conscious breathing to become a better feel for your body and what it actually wants, which in turn helps you establish whether youp're actually hungry or just have an appetite - does anyone think that's a good idea?

I think getting in touch with what your body really wants is a great idea, but I'm not sure if breathing is enough to do that.
Have you read Paul Mckenna's 'I can make you thin'? In it he says that we have learnt to ignore our bodies signals so we eat when we're not hungry and dont recognize the full signal so over eat...
