Hey Everyone

So....bathroom must haves. I literally had to think for 2 minutes about this, it's easy. I MUST have moisturiser, who can live without it? I also always have a candle in my bathroom, I love them. I've got a Diptyque one at the moment that was a gift and it's so nice but it's running low, so if anyone has any ideas on other great candles let me know. Would be nice to know some good candles that don't cost the earth as well. I could talk bathroom must haves for hours so looking forward to seeing everyone else's!

Love Dawn xx

Hi Dawn,

I love a nice relaxing indulgent bath so my must haves are luxurious bath oils, candles, a good book and sometimes a nice glass of wine

Hi Dawn,

My absolute musts in the bathroom are Lush bath bombs(my personal favourite is their Vanilla fountain which smells like creme brule!) teamed with their "It's raining men" shower gel. If I'm going on a night out, I also use a bath bomb with glitter on it so the shimmer stays on my body, giving a even sparkle.

I also think it's really important to use a body scrub - I use Soap and Glory's Flake away. Again, it smells amazing and leaves skin moisturised.

Candle's create the perfect atmosphere. I always have a Yankee candle burning or a scent diffuser.

My final January must is a detoxing scrub- I have recently bought Espas detoxing salt scrub which makes your skin feel brand new.. I would recommend this to everyone

The one bathroom item that always makes my christmas list is Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Honey Bubble Bath... smells so good you culd almost eat it. Almost!

In terms of candles - I love Miller Harris Fleur Oriental... you can get sample sizes to test out their different scents.

You can't go wrong with a good body scrub, I've been using Sanctuary sea salt scrub, rubbed in witha decent pair of exfoliating gloves.

A nice pumice stone to keep the feet soft, used with Superdrug foot scrub essentials (cheaper than the Scholl foot scrubs and, in my opinion, much better quality).

Having got a few nice treats for Christmas, I'm relaxing with Yankee Candles, the scent seems to last and they burn for a long time.

An essential, cannot live with out, it cocoa butter body butter. Superdrug's own brand is pretty good but not a patch on the Body Shop stuff. Boots do a nice Mango one, but I prefer the cocoa butter scent.

Beauty essentials: a good eye makeup remover is hard to find, especially as I am a contact lens wearer so have sensitive eyes. The Simple eye makeup remover works better than any wipes or cream removers I have tried, plus it's really gentle.

Other bathroom essentials - an elasticated alice band to keep my fringe off my forehead at night, nobody wants to break out, an eyelash curler and vaseline to keep my lips soft, as well as using on any dry skin (particularly good if you've got a cold, helps protect sore noses from too much blowing!)

At this time of year, my essentials are underfloor heating and a heated towel rail...makes me lovely and warm first thing in a morning, and I forget it's January and freezing cold outside! The only way to get up in a morning.

My beauty essentials always include a Cleanser, toner and moisturiser. I use Garnier cleanser and Olay or Nivea moisturiser for combination skin as a good base to my foundation.

My bathroom essentials are all about exfoliation and, again, moisturiser. I use St.Ives exfoliator, it smells nice and is great for keeping skin smooth. I love Soap&Glory body moisturiser, it smells incredible and combats any dry skin.

One final essential product in my beauty regime is a pore cleaning and minimising strip. Great if you're unfortunately blessed with larger pores.

So, evilnoodle and Lola5292 both use Yankee candles, I'll check those out. Thanks!

Ooo, I should mention Washlets (moist toilet tissue) to you, I did this campaign for Andrex for Washlets where I went round the country asking people how they wipe their bums (yep...) and anyway I obviously had to use them myself, and you know what, they really are good. I mean they're not a Yankee candle but they do freshen you up as it were. Mine are in my bathroom and get used by all my friends when they come over, which they then deny, but they do, I know they do..

I am now an expert on wiping so any questions feel free... ha ha ha!!
