I have gained about a stone in weight (a guess) due to unhealthy year of a lot of stress. I finally feel able to tackle it, but I have little money (although have arranged for free 5 day pass at my local gym).
I am particularly concerned about my tummy, it feels bloated all the time (and looks it)... Has anybody got any good ideas about how to start a fitness programme for yourself?
I have occasionally visited the gym, I was in to yoga for quite a while, but I think I might need a little more than that now - and I don't have enough cash to go and buy a load of gym clothes...
Try fitness DVD's and going for long walks, or get a pair of trainers and start jogging/running... Do you have a local leisure centre? They're generally cheaper than gyms, and offer classes as well...
