Has anyone tried this website before? You are sent boxes of healthy snacks in the post on the days you choose, to try and encourage you to graze throughout the day on good nutritious foods instead of rubbish.

It's a good idea in theory, but I find it expensive, and I really don't enjoy dried fruit and nuts, and most of what they send you is... dried fruit and nuts. I was also disappointed that they stopped sending fresh fruit, but I can understand why they did it.

Anyone have a favourite Graze snack?

I've not tried it before and had actually been considering it. Aside from the cost, would you say it's worth it? Which kind of nuts do they send (I mean, I'm a bit picky and like pistachios, almonds etc but not peanuts or walnuts)?

I've been getting graze boxes on and off for a year or so... I really like them! I keep telling myself that I can make my own for cheaper, but its really convienient to just get a box in the post every week!

As for what you get, if you go on the website you get to pick the things you like, and rule out anything you don't like... I've cut out anything with almonds in and olives (as I can't stand either)... so it's really easy to pick and choose the things you like!

I said no to the olives as well! If I'm honest, I think I'd end up vetoing about 90% of the choices if I was as picky as I'd like to be I have edited my dislikes a bit more and started getting just one box a week again, as I especially like it when they send the yummy flapjacks!

Aesti - they do send quite a few different types of nuts, peanuts I've had occasionally but they have lots of different flavoured varieties. They also send pistachios, almonds, brazil nuts etc. and lots of different seeds too. I think when I first started having the boxes, I overdid it with the dried fruit and may have put myself off for life!
