Is anyone else suffering from the winter blues? I find myself craving warmth and sunlight, and even though its not currently cloudy and raining, I can feel it on the horizon...
Any suggestions for how to avoid getting down over the next few months?

I don't suffer with it as such but do sometimes feel that winter goes on for too long.
Someone I know uses a light box, she suffers with SAD every year and finds that the light box really helps
