I'm going to a new years party that will be in a marquee and also fireworks outside. It's classed as smart casual.....
I have decided ( after great consultation ) to wear a warm ( not too warm) black jumper dress with a scoop neckline and heeled black boots.
I have brought a really nice one and I'm happy with it on ( happier if I was a stone lighter) but it has slight embellishment on the shoulders. Not too much just enough to catch the eye but not too 80's !!
My dilemma is how should I accessorise?
Do I wear a necklace too!
Any advice?
