Subject: Motivation for friend with Lupus
I've got a friend who has been suffering from lupus for many years, and it is getting her very down, so much so that she tends to go out less and less, which in turn seems to make matters worse. Is there anything I can do to make her come out a bit more, and make her a bit more confident in herself?

Oh, I feel sorry for your friend. Does it help if you can find any kind of lupus patients club/group for her? Or, what's her hobbies? Does it help if you suggest to do her favorite sports/things with her?
