For a new Channel 4 one off documentary, we want to hear from you if you are currently experiencing fertility problems.

Maybe your PCT has a social criteria that has prevented you from receiving the IVF treatment that you need, perhaps you've been affected by the Postcode Lottery, or are struggling to pay for your fertility treatment privately despite a lack of funds.
