I've tried rescue rememdy and tbh I think the effect is all psychological.

I take Psyllium Husks food supplements everyday. I buy a jar from Holland & Barratt for £10. I've been taking it for years! It has helped improve my health. I think herbal remedies do work, but the person has to be realistic about what they are capable of.
