woops! Sorry, I didn't read it properly. Any good bar worth it's salt will stock good whisky. Try the Cafe Royal just off Waterloo Place. There's also the Dome on George Street which is gorgeous but a little pricey. Otherwise, there is the Bow Bar on Victoria Street in the old town which has a lovely selection.
