I've never dared try it, it doesn't contain things I particularly enjoy anyway so the idea of it is just... not pleasant, haha.

What does it taste of?

I do - the Scottish version of boudin noir, which I grew up with. I like it with caramellised apples and toasted walnut bread...yum!

These guys do a great black pudding, I think it's from a farm in the Cotswolds. They sell it in-store, can't see it on their website but email them and I'm sure they'll send some!
