Subject: "Low-calorie" cake?
Is there such a thing? I'm trying very hard to stick to my healthy fruit and veg etc. diet, but do miss the odd bit of cake or biccy every now and then. Are there any "virtuous" recipes out there, or even something I could buy (and which doesn't taste like cardboard ?)

I had a rather nice Slimming World blueberry muffin the other day, baked by a lady at work, so you may want to try searching for their recipes Besides that, there are loads of other recipes kicking round the net, so I'm sure you'll find lots of them just by searching for low fat cake (or something to that effect) in your search engine.

I think it's Mr Kipling who does the low fat lemon sponge slices. You have to watch the sugar content, but they're so tiny that I'm sure you'd be fine with these, and they taste yum!
