Has anyone got any good recipes to warm you up now it's getting colder ?

Beef stew always goes down well in our house
I sear the beef with a couple of Oxo cubes and a bit of olive oil. Add various veg, potatoes, carrots, swede, parsnip etc, season to taste and top up pan with beef stock and some gravy granules to thicken it up slightly, then cook

Sounds good Any more ideas? (although at the mo, I think tips on how to stay cool are more appropriate LOL).
