My son has been having some problems with his internet, email account and mobile phone and is wondering if they might be connected. He is with Sky for the internet and Orange with his phone.
He isn't able to download anything. Someone suggested he may have a virus. He has tried to reinstall everything , after saving his files elsewhere, but it hasn't changed anything.
He is with Yahoo for his emails. Some of the emails, but not all of them, people send him are returned saying he doesn't have an email account with yahoo.
He hasn't been able to get a good signal with his phone. Sky say the signal where he lives is very good. They did eventually give him a new phone which worked fairly well for a couple of weeks but now he sometimes can't phone or text at all. He thinks the phone is trying to connect to his wireless connection for his internet and sometimes the phone says it is connecting to 02 even though Orange say it shouldn't be.
Does anyone have any ideas what is happening? Thanks for any replies.
