Our three-piece suite is threatening to give up the ghost (yet again), and as we're thoroughly fed up, we were wondering if there's anywhere you can buy "old-style" furniture, e. g. with solid spring-based seating that you can recover with new fabric a few times instead of throwing the whole thing out? Does anyone know of something like that?

When you say old-styled furniture, which era of furniture are you looking for? Depending on that, you might find some places where you can get the kind of furniture you desire. I found some really impressive pieces at www.thefurnituredomain.com and the antique pieces they have are delightful. The details and craftsmanship is just exquisite and I’m the kind of person who is more attracted to the urban cottage look, and they made some furniture that fits my style wonderfully. I got a set of charming patio furniture cushions from them. They have free shipment as well.
