I'm getting thoroughly fed up every time I get another energy bill. Does anyone here have experience with solar panels and would like to share some tips?

Haven't used solar panels but something I do in the summer to lower energy bills is close the blinds in rooms I'm not using. Keeping the sun out keeps the room cooler and uses less AC.
