One boss however would tweak and adjust every peice of work I produced, uneccesarily. I think she did it to take the guilt out of taking credit for the work she got to present it to board members. On one occasion, she fiddled with something so much I got fed up and gave her the next day as final draft in pretty much the same state as the first draft she'd seen at the beginning of the week. I had to smile when she said it was excellent and a good team effort.
