What's the one thing you wish you could tell your boss?

The one thing I would love to say to my boss is 'cheer up and put a smile of your face'. I have never met such a moody looking person in all my life. She is a ward sister so she really should look caring and approachable!
Oh dear sp9rkles - must be a pre-requisite to the job - my mum is in hospital at the moment and the ward sister is sooooo miserable and rude!
Anyway, my current boss is lovely, but the one from my last job was a guy with the longest scruffiest most unruly hair you've ever seen. But being the CEO's son, nobody ever said anything to him. So, I would have loved to have been brave enough to actually say: "Get your hair cut!!"
