Hi everybody
After the death of my mother 3 weeks ago I feel I could do with some professional support in the near future. But I live in a very rural area, so not an option to see somebody in person. Is there anybody who knows about counselling via phone or maybe email? I googled it but not come up with anything really. Any tips appreciated

I tried to reply a moment ago, but it crashed, so I will try again.

the Bereavement Trust.
I think adding links caused the site to crash last time so I won't attempt it. But both of these organisations have a helpline. Alternatively, you should see your own doctor as soon as possible and ask or support organisations in your local area.
