Subject: Weight Loss Pills, Should I buy them?
I was searching the net and I found thousands of sites promoting different weight loss pills, I am confused, some say Alli is good some say phentermine is good, some say Proactol is good. Which weight loss pill should I buy?
Now I have also found out that there is another weight loss pill Proactol Plus, which one should I choose. I read a comparison between Praoctol and Proactol Plus but it confused me even more.

BTW, I am getting married in two months and I really want to loose weight. Any suggestion would be helpful.

From my experience (with a different brand) I'd say no, all I lost was £££££££'s

I have pondered the idea of "appetite supressants" in the past, but they do seem mighty expensive. I looked at one brand in particular that advised taking 3 pills before every meal! So I agree, probably a waste of money... I'd rather spend it on a gym membership or some other kind of diet program.

I wouldnt! They always say to take them with a healthy diet anyway so how do you know whether you are loosing weight because of the tablets or just eating better.

I have lost 2st in the last few months just from calorie counting on line, costs about £10 a month but its worth it - you can eat what you like as long as you stay in your quota. i can put the website on if you are interested. You can do a free 24 hour trial to see if you like it. you should be able to lose a few lbs before your wedding

I bought some acai berries on groupon once, I don't think they're quite diet pills more like "superfoods" that get you energised and speed up metabolism maybe? Needless to say I should of just stuck with an apple a day...

Whenever I hear about diet pills it usually follows with strange toilet habits which has always put me off, to say the least!

I suggest you try loosing weight naturally. You can do that by drinking tea. Don't sleep after eating, not until three hours after meal. Good luck.

Since Alli, phentermine, Proactol and Proactol Plus are popularly used weight loss pills. But instead, Proactol plus diet pills is most effective and natural one. It is a natural fat binder that helps you to lose weight by binding 28% of fats from the food that you eat daily. Moreover, it also curtails your appetite. Naturally, with less fat stored and reduced appetite, you will lose weight fast.

I'm unsure about whether diet pills really work. Appetite suppressants are pretty anti-social. Joing LighterLifeLite or Jenny Craig would be a lot more effective. Seeing a food counsellor will re-train your habits and help you deal with chocolate cravings! I think changing your attitude towards food is far more effective than diet pills. They are just a short term solution and likely to result in awful toilet habits! There is no way to lose weight quickly: slow and steady is best. You don't want to damage your body by underfeeding it and abusing it with diet pills.
