Ok so this isnt really a diet but has helped me control my intake, snacking and makes sure I get 3 good meals a day. SOooo my bad habit is eating properly at lunch time. I'm usually busy so grab something quick which usually means not so healthy, or i skip altogether and end up snacking late afternoon right before the family meal. Dinner is when I put effort in to what I am eating, healthy, balanced and pretty low fat as I am feeding kids. I always make too much so instead of dishing it all up, everyone gets a sensible portion and a portion or two is left over. This is what I eat for lunch the next day (if I am home). No effort in a reheat or using left over meat in a low carb wrap with a bit of salad. It means I get a filling healthy meal, I feel satisfied all afternoon and naturally dont want a huge dinner in the evening. This also works better with the body, feeding it more when it needs it and can burn it off. I can't say how much weight I have lost (I don't weigh myself) but I feel healthier and less bloated having curbed the convenience/snack food. So if the key is three square meals a day, I think this would work for most people, whether your at work or at home. Just wanted to share.
