How do I make our cat drink her vitamins? When I put it in her water or her food, she refuses to eat or drink it. I can't use a dropper, she scratches me whenever I try to put it in her mouth. Anybody here know what I can do?

Hello Adrienne.

I too have a cat that will not take medication in any form and she gets Cystitis every few months so, one suggestion i have is if you can get the medication in either capsule or tablet form, you can then sprinkle the powder or crush the tablet on to a small amount of butter on a knife and then just wipe it on to your cats fur, this for me is working like a dream, she doesnt always lick it off immediately, mine always lays on one particular side so i know which side to wipe it on, other than that i can only suggest a really oily fishy cat food and dividing the daily dosage up in to the two meals.
Sorry i cant be of more help.

The above suggestion is really genius.

When my cat got ill, it seemed to work best if you are not head on to the cat when trying to put a pill or tablet down their throat. I would kneel down beside my cat so that it can't really see me when I restrain him and hold his head. Then I can just open his mouth and put a pill down quickly. Hold him in position for a bit so he swallows it and then let go.
