Ive recently applied for legal aid and have been informed that I will have to pay a portion of it. Now they say that if your 'disposable income@ is less than £733 then you shouldn't have to pay towards it but they're saying my 'disposable income' is £636. So why should I have to contribute, am I completly missunderstading the whole thing.
If anyone can shine some light on this I would be highly appreciative of any help.
