We all see the links for the Trick to get rid of belly fat and it takes us to the Acai supplement thing but does it actually work. I never trust the testimonies....
Also did anyone ever succesfully try Alli? What happens when you come off it?

I thought I'd read recently that acai berries weren't really any better than any other kind of berries and weren't even all that full of antioxidents... Although apparently it makes a nice beer!

Don't know much about Acai berries to be honest; I think it's just one of those superfood fads.

As for Alli, the way that works is that you have to eat healthily for it to work properly anyway, i.e. you need to eat a low fat diet, then it helps you lose a bit more weight than you would naturally. Otherwise you end up getting what they call the 'Alli-oops', where you have all sorts of embarrassing digestive issues on account of passing fat out of your system instead of absorbing it. Not much fun by all accounts :-/

Acai juice is said to have between 10 and 30 times more antioxidants than grapes, pomegranates, and even blueberries. Because of the extensive vitamins, amino acids, minerals, Omega acids, and other properties, the acai very is said to be one of the most nutritionally dense berries on the planet.

I know that this post is quite old, but I still thought I would add my two cents I've always wondered about the berries too as I've heard good stuff about them. I went to Holland and Barretts and they were on offer, but then I found out that the capsules weren't vegetarian (sucks to be me ), but the guy there did recommend the juice to me so I tried it out. I didn't notice much of a difference to be honest, but I did have to stop for a week as I went on holiday and I wasn't going to walk around with a bottle of juice I'll see what happens when I resume taking it.
If anyone still is interested I saw that Groupon has a deal on the berries today http://www.groupon.co.uk/deals/sheffield/power-acai/924475
