I haven't been on here for yearS! But was hoping i could rely on you lot for some reliable advice.
I left my work last month and did receive my final salary but didn't receive any o/s holiday pay. Or what I thought was o/s. My previous employers (dodgy to say the least...one of the reasons I left) are refusing to pay it to me. Does anyone know where I stand.
Its made me so cross, because i attempted on numerous occasions to take the odd day's leave here and there but was always called in on the day!
