They say money can't buy you love - but in Madonna's case, there may just be room for an exception. The Celebration singer has reportedly instructed her 'people' to hunt for a £1.7 million apartment for her lover Jesus Luz, close to her own palatial abode in New York's Upper East Side.

The 51-year-old singer, who earlier this month is said to have upset 22-year-old Luz by saying she is unlikely ever to remarry, is apparently keen to keep her lover close but, crucially, out of the family home.

Since getting together with the legendary pop star, Luz appears to have it made - reportedly being added to Madonna's payroll, and scoring lucrative contracts with Dolce and Gabbana and Marc Jacobs through her as well. Sources say that she also told him that  he wouldn't have to worry about money from now on...
