It's been a busy few days for Katie Price - not only has she quit the jungle and left the set of I'm a Celebrity, but she's also reportedly dumped her cross-dressing, cage-fighting boyfriend Alex Reid - just as he flew out to Australia to propose...

Reid told the News of the World before heading off to the Australian sunshine that he thought he and Katie would go the distance. "Whatever happens I know this is right. I've never felt this way before," he reportedly told the paper.

"I'm convinced Katie's going to feel the same way. I know what we're like when we're together. When I'm with Katie it's full-on 24/7.

"She ended the Pete chapter of her life in that jungle. Now it's time for her to start a new fairy tale. But this time I think it it'll go the distance."

However, Alex was in for a bit of a surprise when he landed down under - with Katie Price going in front of the cameras to delcare herself single once more, it's clear their relationship wasn't as strong as he thought it was...
