Dannii & Louis axed from X Factor?

We wouldn't have Jedward or WAGner without him, so how dare X Factor bosses even consider giving Louis Walsh the boot after everything he's done for the ears of this country?
Today's daily X Factor story moves away from Cheryl Cole and her 'will she/won't she/does anyone care?' care US saga and over to much more important waters - our own.
According to the News of the World, since Cheryl and Simon Cowell are already leaving the UK panel, the remaining two - Louis and Dannii Minogue could be getting the axe to make way for a brand new judging panel, with a source saying:
"If Simon and the other show bosses get their way this will be the most dramatic shake-up in X Factor history. The producers are very excited by the idea of the show being entirely fresh.
"There is a view that Louis and Dannii are a bit tired and have offered all they can, especially Louis. But they'll be shocked to hear they may not be wanted. ITV is already taking a massive gamble by going ahead without Simon or Cheryl.
"Dispensing of Dannii and Louis would be madness. Viewers love Dannii especially. Simon has never understood how popular she is. It's important she is there, and for viewers to have a sense of familiarity."
Poor Louis… Still, someone could set the confused judge up in a community centre talent show and he won't know any different.
