Handbag's got The X Factor

From the intro to this week's X Factor, it looked like it was going to be an emotional round of auditions.

Kelly Rowland admitted she's looking to find 'Destiny's Child X 2' which we think is ridiculous. In our eyes, no one would ever be as good. Surely she should know that?

First auditionee up was David Wilder. Who's the complete opposite of Destiny's Child. "I want to be a rock legend. Like, uh, David Wilder," he told the judges.
Singing Life On Mars By David Bowie, David ran up in to the rafters much to the surprise of the judges, and the audience. "I really enjoyed is," said Kelly, before Tulisa piped up, "I don't actually know what's going on, but I really enjoyed that." Four yeses, and David Wilder was through.

Next up one of The X Factor hopefuls made us feel our age when she told the camera that she watched the programme and thought, "I could totally boss that." Ummm, we're sorry. Boss what?

Sixteen year-old Lemuel Knights impressed the judges with his James Morrison-esque voice, and received four 'big yeses' from the judges.

And the judges were sending auditionees through left, right and centre including Max Mackay and Lizzie Colbourne

Then, we're introduced to Luke Lucas. Who we imagine has been bullied with that monicker. Some parents are so cruel. Luke admitted that he has a massive crush on Tulisa. So this wasn't going to be cringey at all then.
Tulisa blew him a kiss, which he caught mid-air, before inviting Luke to give her a kiss on the cheek, which she returned. Then, Luke blew everyone away with his rendition of Michael Jackson's Who's Loving You. "You are going to woo the ladies in this competition," said Tulisa, before the judges gave him four yeses. Definitely one to watch.

Returning to the X Factor this year was Michael Lewis, who auditioned last year dressed as his inspiration, Michael Jackson.
"My experience last year taught me an important lesson, and that's to be myself," the auditionee admitted.
"What you see is what you get, new vocals, new attitude but best of all, new positivity."
Singing Geri Halliwell's Look At Me, Michael shocked all the judges with his bad singing, and strange dance moves. And we couldn't help but feel a little bit sorry for him - seeing four nos coming his way.
"I've got a feeling that the audience weren't clapping because they like your talent," said Gary Barlow.
After receiving four nos, Michael lay down on the X Factor stage and refused to move. Oh The X Factor drama.

Kelly perked up when girl group Angel stepped on stage, had she found 'Destiny's Child X2'? Singing Willow Smith's Whip My Hair, the answer was most definitely, no.

"I think all the energy and all the dance moves is to cover up the fact that none of you can really sing," said Tulisa, before one of the girls retorted, "That's a bit rich coming from you," Meaow!

Next up was Jade Richards, who had bought her nan, who used to be a singer as well, along for support. "I love her with all my heart and soul," said Granny Richards, "And I know that I couldn't make it to the top, but she... the stars are hers."
Singing Adele's Someone Like You, Jade, 21, left the audience speechless with her husky, rich voice, and gave us goosebumps, before crying when she'd finished singing. Absolutely brilliant. We're also huge Granny Richards fans now.
Kelly Rowland spouted some nonsense about having dreamt about Jade coming on the stage and singing the song before saying, "You've got The X Factor and then some." "Jade, that performance is going to change your life," said Gary Barlow. Even Louis cried when he told her that she'd done well. Talk about a tear-jerker.
