Victoria “fine” following Beckham infidelity claims

Mel C has said her former Spice Girls band mate, Victoria Beckham, is too strong to let gossip about her husband’s fidelity bother her, the Daily Star reports. Earlier this year, the Beckhams sued after a story appeared in the US tabloid press claiming that David had had an affair with escort Irma Nici. However, Mel C has insisted Victoria doesn’t let false accusations bother her.
"Victoria's absolutely fine despite everything. It's awful for that kind of thing to happen to her, but Victoria is very strong,” Mel explained. "She's been in this environment for a long time where things are sometimes said that aren't true. There have been so many lies about all of the Spice Girls and their relationships and it's always awful when it happens. But you just ignore them and get on with things."
