handbag's got The X Factor - Movie night

Tonight's X Factor sees the contestants take on some big songs, from big blockbuster movies. Could this week have more drama than an action film? We're about to find out...

20:20 Craig Colton is first out, singing A License To Kill from the James Bond song of the same name, there's not really much more to report about him than that. He's boring as usual. Sorry.  The judges are talking about it being predictable. Again. Which is getting a bit predictable. Gary Barlow agrees, it's lazy critique.

20:32 Janet Devlin is given Kiss Me by Sixpence None The Richer from the soundtrack for the film How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days, and it was the perfect song choice for her. The judges all agreed, so no drama there. Which makes things quite boring and will probably mean Janet leaves. Let's be honest.

20:43 Amelia Lily is next up, reminding us of how many girls Kelly Rowland actually has in the competition. When we chatted to her at the Twilight premiere on Wednesday she told us that she was going to be doing something fun. So we're looking forward to this. Singing Think from The Blues Brothers . The judges all admit that she did a great job. Tulisa admitted that she didn't know the song, we forgive her because she's only young, but someone needs to give her an Aretha Franklin 101, stat. She's an X Factor judge for goodness sake!

20:57 Misha B tackles Whitney Houston's I have Nothing from The Bodyguard. She grave a great performance, but Gary said what we've been saying all along, who remembers her version of Rolling In The Deep in week one, absolutely phenomenal, she needs to stop playing it safe.

21:06 Singing What's It Gonna Be from the film Set It Off LittleMix have promised that tonight's all about the vocals. But the thing is, we liked them the way they were. They look like a girlband now thanks to their styling - and that might put people off.

22:16 Poor Marcus Collins is feeling on edge because he's been told he should mix things up a bit. And he knows what he wants to do already. Singing Jackie Wilson's Your Love Keeps Lifting Me, and it was a brilliant performance. The judges loved it. But they've seemed to love everyone tonight, haven't they?

So, who did you think did the best job? Who deserves to leave? And have you got over the fact that Tulisa has never heard Think by Aretha Franklin yet? No us neither...
