Tobey Maguire sued for substantial poker winnings

Uh oh. Some big-name celebs and execs in Hollywood are in a bit of trouble at the moment, after their illegal high-stakes poker games have been busted.
Tobey Maguire is one of the people being sued for the money he won playing the game, and one of the people he won money from - Brad Ruderman - wants over $300,000 back. Ouch.
Brad's caught up in some legal trouble himself at the moment, and his lawyers have decided to try the approach that because the games were illegal he can get his money back from those he lost to. Interesting method...
According to People magazine, other celebrities taking part in the games include Tobey's BFF Leonardo DiCaprio, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon - lucky for them though, they're not on the list of those being sued. That one mostly comprises of B and C-list celebs and unknowns.
That's going to ruin the high of those pretty considerable wins, isn't it?
