Shia LaBeouf says he had fling with Megan Fox

It must be hard to be Shia LaBeouf, aka god's gift to women. Ladies swarming around him all the time, trying to keep up with who's single and who's not, and whether he's acting or not.
First there was that bar brawl he got caught up in, which he's said was because he was preparing to play a violent brother in The Wettest County in the World (alongside the delicious Tom Hardy). Apparently, Shia was just getting into character. Of course.
Now, he's saying he hooked up with his costars Isabel Lucas AND Megan Fox sometime during the first two Transformers movies. He told Details:
"Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them.
"I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation.
"But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry on screen."
I bet his girlfriend, Karolyn Pho, is feeling great right now. Any love scenes coming up, Shia?
He's also not sure if Megan was dating her now-husband Brian Austin Green at the time. When the interviewer asked, Shia said:
"I don't know, man. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know… It was what it was."
