People’s Choice Awards 2011
Twilight: Breaking Dawn stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner stole the show at last night’s People’s Choice Awards collecting four trophies.
Dressed in a gold sequined dress, Kristen was joined on stage by boyfriend Robert Pattinson and their co-star Taylor Lautner to collect awards for Favourite Movie, Favourite Drama, and Favourite on-screen team for the Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Kristen also beat off competition from Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston to win Favourite Actress.
Unfortunately, Robert Pattinson lost out on his own gong, as Johnny Depp took home Favourite Movie Actor and Zac Efron was awarded Favourite Movie Star Under 25.
Rihanna and Katy Perry were other big winners on the night. RnB star Rihanna was voted Favourite Pop Artist, as well as Favourite song and Favourite Music Video for her collaboration with Eminem, Love The Way You Lie. Meanwhile, Teenage Dream singer Perry was voted Favourite Female Artist and Favourite Online Sensation.
After winning her awards Perry tweeted, “OH MY WE WON TWO PEOPLES CHOICE AWARDS! Thank you SO much! I really appreciate all your continuous love & support! Remember u have the POWER!”
