Former X Factor contestant Olly Murs has said it was “a real shame” his relationship with Stacey Solomon didn’t work out.
Olly Murs has discussed his relationship with former X Factor co-star Stacey Solomon and admitted it was “a real shame” their romance didn’t work out. "We talk sometimes here and there, but we've really drifted apart because we're doing our own thing," Murs told the Sun. "We're just not the same as we were. We both got on really well and were always side by side but it just petered out when the show finished, which is a real shame. Who knows - like every guy I find her very attractive. She's really good looking and she's got a fantastic personality. It was a life-changing experience, but me and Stacey just didn't work out. If it had been different circumstances and we'd met at a bar or a club then it would have probably would have been a different story but we were pushed into the limelight and it didn't work."
