And… she's out!
Yeah, no surprises, Lindsay Lohan checked out of jail in Lynwood, California this morning at around 1.30am, meaning she served just over four hours of her 30 day sentence.
Hmm… justice system? Really?
She missed lots of community service and counselling sessions, but overcrowding trumped her probation violations and she was free in no time at all, as expected.
Deputy Sheriff Tony Moore didn't have much explanation other than that, telling People:
"All I can tell you is that she was already released."
Now, she has to work 53 more days of community service at the LA morgue and attend 18 psychotherapy sessions by the end of March, or she could face 270 days in jail.
Although, chances are that's not something she's too worried about anymore…
