Katie Price: ‘Andre marriage was prison sentence’

Katie Price has likened her marriage to Peter Andre to a “prison sentence” in her new book. Price is serialising You Only Live Once, her fourth autobiography, in the News Of The World following its release last week and in it she claims Andre only wanted to go out as a couple as he believed without him, Price would get drunk and cheat on him.
"This was supposed to be a marriage, not a prison sentence. But because I wanted my marriage to work, I agreed," Katie writes.
Price also discusses the post-natal depression she suffered following the birth of her youngest son Junior.
"One night I felt I couldn't carry on any longer feeling so weighted down with depression. I got into my car in the middle of the night and drove away with no clear idea of where I was going,” she revealed. "I ended up pulling into the car park of Harvey's nursery. For a few desperate, confused minutes I seriously considered driving into a brick wall - at least then I wouldn't feel like this anymore, it would all be over."
