With the TOWIE cast's paycheques seemingly sky-high, and now this news about Jedward being able to afford a £3million mansion, I'm thinking I got into the wrong line of work.
While it's a dream for a lot of us to have an LA pad, Jedward are making it a reality, joining forces - of course - to buy their own Hollywood home.
The pair will never be split up, even when they get married, and said that they've managed to get a good deal on their new place - it's half price!
Er... bargain?
They told the Sunday Mirror:
"We are trying to buy a house in LA. It was £6 million, but now it's down to £3 million and we're waiting to hear whether we can have it.
"When we get married we'll get a big house with separate bedrooms, but a communal kitchen and living room so we could still see each other all the time."
And how are they going to woo these unsuspecting females? Well, John told them:
"If I was on my perfect date with a girl I'd take her to a supermarket to buy all the best food. Or we'd go to a water park."
Best just show them your £3million pad, lads.
It's not quite the Playboy mansion, but if Hugh Hefner gets girls to stay with him, I'm sure SOMEONE will stay at yours…
I trust they're not buying this out of their pocket money...
