Frankie has been sharing his deep and meaningful thoughts on Twitter again, as he somehow manages to stretch out his career way longer than any of us were imagining.
Now earning a living through personal appearances at clubs with his bromantic buddy Kirk Norcross - Celebrity Big Brother, you have a lot to answer for - he's been out a lot lately, and the subject of drinking has obviously been on his mind.
Sick of seeing him on a night out in almost every photo there is of him? That's unlikely to stop any time soon. Yesterday he tweeted:
"would like to stop drinking, but its just to much fun.
"soon though, maybe.. doubtful"
Followed quickly by:
"drinking is bad"
Judging by the pictures of him falling out of clubs with multiple fame-hungry women (well, surely they can't be hungry for Frankie), nights out fuelled by a few drinks do appear to be his life lately.
It's not going to stop, either - tonight Kirk is taking him to the famed Sugar Hut to host a Zoo magazine party.
Still, he'd definitely getting his nutrition, in one photo from last night in Newcastle he had a massive pack of chocolate buttons too.
