Foster “surprised” by Stewart’s career

Jodie Foster has admitted she did not think Kristin Stewart would go on to have a successful acting career. Foster and Stewart starred together in the 2002 film Panic Room, but double-Oscar winner Jodie has admitted she always thought the Twilight star was too intelligent to become a famous actress.
"Kristen is a great person, and I'm not surprised she's gone on to do great things. But I am surprised she is an actress,” Jodie told E! Online. "I didn't think that's where she was headed. And even though her mum said, 'No, she really wants to be an actress', I felt like, 'Nah, she won't because she really doesn't have the stereotypical personality'. Anybody who has a brain doesn't [want to be famous]. That tells you how smart Kristen Stewart is."
