Did Chris Brown make homophobic remarks again?

Chris Brown sure knows how to make people dislike him. It's almost like he goes out of his way to get in trouble, then makes half-hearted attempts to prove he's an alright guy by associating with other famous types.

For instance - he breaks a window at a TV show while angry, then works with squeaky clean Joe Jonas on his solo material. Then writes homophobic slurs on his Twitter account, before revealing he and Rihanna are talking again... though, reactions to that weren't exactly positive...

THIS time he's reportedly gone the homophobic route again while swearing his way through a basketball game. US mag Star reports:

"He got really ticked off when things didn’t go his way during the game, saying, ‘That’s gay!’ and ‘You’re a f*gg*t a**!’ to the other players.

"When another player didn’t pass him the ball [he] fired off more slurs, calling him a “f*gg*t” and saying it was a “gay” move."

Chris has commented on these allegations by retweeting Ace Hood, who says Chris was working hard on the day in question:

"Don't believe what you hear! My brother Chris Brown was at my video shoot on June 29th shooting my video #Body2Body and not at the GYM"

If only his previous - and still relatively recent - behaviour didn't make the basketball story so easy to believe…
